I am constantly in awe of the human spirit and how we know exactly what makes our hearts sing, what lights us up, how we are uniquely designed.  What great pleasure I’ve experienced growing and dancing with my own spirit.  Just as I ask my clients to do, I am always deepening my relationship with my own divinity, learning to trust myself more and more as I let go of trying to control life and simply experience it.  As I focus more on compassion, imagination, creative self-expression, and awareness, I experience life with a new sense of purpose, passion, and joy.

When I found coaching in 1997, I was working in a public high school as a career counselor.  I felt stifled by all the paperwork and bureaucracy.  My spirit longed for the freedom to be creative, to use my unique talents and gifts to really help people.  Now as a Lifestyle Entrepreneur, I enjoy working with individuals all over the world who are spiritually awakening; teaching and coaching them to their own version of freedom.

As for the credentials, I am an ordained Minister and Spiritual Healer, Master Certified Coach, and hold a Master’s degree in Counseling.  I’ve been meditating since the age of ten and have always been on a spiritual path.  My latest love is studying New Energy Consciousness.
